From booking through Zest on line to collection at Faro airport and retuning vehicle to Faro we spent a total of 20 mins in the Guerin office.
The pre information sheet certainly cut out time for the collection, numerous information points to confirm already submitted details took seconds. Keys collected and we were on the road within /5 minutes. On return of vehicle plenty of Guerin staff to book car back in which was seamless and we were off to airport terminal within 5 minutes.
The car we were allocated was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to drive.
Been hiring from Faro for 10 years and this service provided by Guerin was by far the best experience.
Within an hour of returning the vehicle all end of contract details were sent to me, damage deposit refunded by the time we landed back in UK 5 hours later. 10 out of 10 all round, if I could give 11 I would . Will be using this company without a doubt for future holidays. Excellent, Thank You Zest/ Guerin for your professionalism and fabulous service, second to none.

Car was clean and as expected. Dealership easy to find with a booth by the arrivals exit and a short walk over the road the the car park. Don't understand the review comments saying it was difficult to locate.

Straight forward booking with Zest. On arrival at Faro we received a call from Lagorent agent, we were waiting in the passport queue ! No problem for her, she was waiting with name board. She drove us to the office did the paperwork showed us round the car and off we went. On return the same agent was at the office, she checked the car, no problems and drove us back to the airport. Couldn't have gone better, the agent spoke fluent English, she was great to deal with.
