I can’t praise the service by the return office team enough! I made a mistake on my return time and late the night before I realised and contacted the WhatsApp number as I needed to return the vehicle at 5am not 6am as my flight was at 7:10am. Although being very late the night before, the rep responded and managed to get through to the supervisor Bruno who late at that hour was going to try to get someone to be there to receive the vehicle next morning at 5am. I arrived at Masterkings just before 5am and a rep was there waiting for me with a big smile and a fantastic attitude. The vehicle return was smooth and immediately The rep took us to the airport in the shuttle service. FANTASTIC SERVICE by the Masterkings Team! I highly recommend and will surely book again with Zest and Masterkings.

Pick up and drop off were very good indeed. Fast and clear explanations and the car was close by. At drop off the car park entrance was even opened for us.
