Considering I'd booked the wrong pick up date my car was issued without a problem. Sophie at travelrent was fabulous at quickly resolving the issue and turnaround was well managed.

Really good customer service with masterkings. Augusto arranged to be there for our very early return of the car and made handover super quick and easy. Would definitely book with masterkings again as they were helpful and efficient.
