I particularly liked the ability to have my queries before the holiday answered so pleasantly over the phone by Zest staff.
The only very small personal comment I have about Master Kings was that the particular staff I dealt with were a little unsmiling. However they were respectful and efficient under some queue pressure so that’s just me having a preference for cheerful staff and not really a negative.
Really liked the Skoda Octavia they supplied. Suitable for our four cases and cabin bags. We found a couple of very small paint chips not on the damage report but the rep said they don’t worry about stone chips like that, which is reassuring and professional.
So far, no disagreements or surprises from the return process. I didn’t photograph the fuel level for any possible disagreement but the rep checked and appeared content. The security deposit has been very quickly removed from ‘pending’ status’ on my account and I’m confident the transponder deposit will be returned within their time frame.
Overall a very good experience and will absolutely use Zest in future.
