I needed to interact twice with Zest during our trip (both times admin things, totally our fault) and both times Zest staff were understanding, professional, helpful and had fixed my self-inflicted issues in less than 3 minutes. Brilliant service.

Not traveling to Europe countries before I was not accustomed to so many rental car hires being out in the parking lot. The signage in the airport is not so good for first time travellers. Once I found out where they were everything worked out wonderful. Thank you for making my journey excellent.

Very happy with the service, in particular the changes made by Zest prior to travelling.
It was a bit slow when collecting vehicle since there was a queue but since we were collecting three vehicles at the one time it might have been useful to have more staff available.
