I was really pleasantly surprised by both the service received from Zest and from Masterkings. In previous years, there were always issues with other car rental companies we used. Booked through Zest at a great price with my husband as named driver but then he lost his credit card and didn't get the replacement in time so the day before the booking I spoke to Zest and they promptly arranged to have the names changed on the rental voucher for me to be the named driver. We've previously had an issue with another company on a credit card issue also, so the ease of this was refreshing and when we got there Masterkings even advised that I could have kept my husband as main driver but put down my credit card as FREE additional driver as long as I signed something confirming I was happy for it to be used in case of an accident. The free additional driver was unheard of for me, usually we would have always paid a significant sum to add someone (which we never did) so it was refreshing to be able to take turns with the driving. Pick up and drop off where also both hassle free and quick - would definitely recommend and use both again.
