Re this booking can I suggest that you mention car park 4 in Faro airport as the pick up point for transfer bus for EPI car hire ? I know the airport well but unfortunately there is no signs that I saw to suggest where to go for transfer buses.
Can I also thank you for the great service provided. I had a small hitch with the booking that was magically corrected once I talked to your team . Well done

Great economical and friendly service at Faro. The pickup at airport was quick and the team at the centre were friendly. My car was not ready but they upgraded me
The team also took the time to help change the language on the infotainment system from French to English

This is our second time using Zest.
I don't think we'll use any other car rental provider.
Everything is clear, no hidden costs, great cancellation policy - really happy with service and all round provision.

Great service from the car rental company, car we hired was a fiat panda which was adequate for 2adults. Information we received before arriving at Faro airport was good and informative. We dropped the car back out of hours due to our early morning flight, so no one was able to check the car on return. Email since didn’t find anything untoward.

The only issue was locating the booth at the end of P4 (Faro airport) in the parking lot. Possibly I missed the instructions in the documentation...
But overall an excellent car hire experience (first time using Zest and Masterkings), from amending a reservation, collecting and returning the car. Will definitely recommend Zest to friends and family.
