I would like to express my thanks to the person who met us at the airport when we arrived to collect the car and that same person who met us to return it. His customer service goes beyond excellent and he needs to be personally congratulated. Not only did he wait an extended period when we landed due to exceptional delays in passport control where we heard that other car rental companies had left the airport. He waiting for us at the entrance to the car park we had been instructed to return it to making it so easy for the collection. We had an issue with the toll bridge and he took it upon himself to resolve that for us. He was kind, understanding and very friendly . I would recommend Zest to anyone for the ease of booking and completion and Rent Auto for the experience we had with them and look forward to using both in the future.

First time renting a car abroad in Portugal. Was apprehensive reading horror story reviews on trustpilot of most of the big rental companies! Rent Car 4 Less were very clear with communication, vehicle in impeccable condition. No funny business / hidden charges whatsoever. Their member of staff was very chilled guy named Vinicius who was a big help, when we returned the car he was very polite and it all went smoothly. They didn't have a service desk in the airport, instead paperwork was done on a tablet by the car. Company was also very easy to contact on WhatsApp if I had any queries. 5 stars would rent from them again. Zest also was very good service and supported with clear emails about what to expect. Best experience of holiday car hire we've had. Really good value hire car, & added Zest's extra insurance which was also good value for complete peace of mind. As instructed, messaged Waygo on arrival & minibus collected us from Lisbon airport 10 minutes later. At depot, filled in paperwork & collected car. If you normally only use your phone to pay, don't forget you need a physical credit card and need to know what the PIN is! Paid extra to hire the electronic toll gadget, & paid the toll fees to Waygo on returning the vehicle - really good system. Had to message Waygo to get the exact return address, as couldn't find it on any paperwork. Once car returned, deposit was cancelled & we were taken straight back to airport with no delays. Waygo depot was quite tight to get in and out of - tricky when you've just collected an unfamiliar car & driving on the "wrong" side. The Waygo staff were great. Would definitely use again & would recommend.

Great company to deal with, any questions dealt with promptly by phone. Best and by far the cheapest way to rent a car. Easy website and everything explained which makes you confident in dealing with the hire company abroad. You can choose which company, car and deposit you want and going through Zest I did not have to worry about other fees excess or insurance. Takes away any hassle and with a helpline you can trust.
