Zest made the rental very easy. Everything was straightforward and as described. The rental company didn’t even mention any additional insurance needs or any change to the deposit. I think Zest has some pull with these companies. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Staff were incredibly friendly and prompt. Super quick and efficient while explaining all the rental details. The shuttle service to and from airport was perfect and very convenient. The car was clean and working optimally. Five star service would definitely recommend and use again myself! Thank you!

Your organization is 10 stars!!!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service! We arrived in Lisbon and from the pick up at the airport to to returning the car at the end of our vacation, everything went smoothly. The staff were professional, responsive and very helpful. Returning later than anticipated, we reached out and received an instant response assuring us a later return was not an issue (and at no extra cost).
