Very slick an efficient both in and out. Was nervous there was no clarity or clear instructions where to meet as Lisbon is large and very busy but I made a quick call to rep and we fixed a meeting place. Returning so long as follow instructions very easy. Compared to horror stories of of 4 others in our group where they had nightmares even with branded companies and aggressive selling of extra insurance. Zest delivered for us

I arrived on the same day the Pope arrived. It was hectic. This was the reason for delay. The only downside. But the service provided from Master King staff was good. Very helpful. Give us a good car. That fulfill our needs. Plus low deposit compare to others. Will definitely go back to them

Grate service and good price for rental cars in Portugal. The communication with zest and with rent 4 less was excellent. We received a WhatsApp message the minute we lend with specific directions to the pickup point. I will definitely recommend zest and rent 4 less and will book with you again. The car had multiple scratches and dents but had been cleaned well and the size and model were fine. Our contact with Masterkings was very helpful although we were delayed at the airport and had a slight panic when several phone calls were not picked up.

Zest customer service was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to use and all my questions were answered promptly.
The hire car was exactly what we booked and there were no hidden extras - a refreshing change.
