Best rental company I have ever used. Everything was exactly as described. Price was cheaper than most of the other companies. Service was quick and very convenient.

I found the car rental experience with Drive (through Zest) simple, efficient and excellent. The whole procedure was perfectly satisfactory and I have no complaints. The meet and greet and transport from Lisbon airport was smooth and easy. The vehicle had more damage than was listed, but this was recorded as soon as I flagged it up. The staff were helpful and kind throughout. The car drove very well and was extremely clean. Dropping it back was a dream. Thanks to both Drive and to Zest.

Overall we were very satisfied with our rental, very easy to deal with when we arrived at the rental agency. Everything was explained clearly on what we needed to know.
