All processes were nice, easy and smooth. No hassle at all. Chaps in there were friendly and courteous and very responsive. It was a bit busy on the collection but it was visible their ambition to please all the customers.

Everything went well. The car had some small kinks here and there, as to be expected from a rental. Everything was well documented though and I had no issues upon return of the vehicle. The car itself was a pretty new, well driving car and we had no issues whatsoever with either that, Drive on Holiday, or Zest.

Pretty easy experience. Only issue was that we did not do a walk through with the car when collecting and we did notice some defects after we got to our destination. We emailed those across to the office and there was no issue. Both collection and return was a very stress free experience and, for Porto, they have a shuttle bus that will bring you to and from the airport when collecting and dropping off.

It's the second year I've booked Centauro through Zest and couldn't be happier, everything is taken care of, no headaches, no hidden fees, Zest makes everything so smooth and easy. Then all I've to do is get to my destination, get the Centauro bus and pick up car. Centauro always has the latest car models, very clean and they're super professional and so friendly. Will use both of them again for sure!

I only use the Zest Car Rental company when I am in Portugal.
They are always professional and reliable. Their partners in Portugal especially, Drive On Holidays are always friendly and efficient and I am usually out of there within 15 mins. This is the only British company I would recommend for Car Rental in Portugal. They always answer the phone when I have a question to ask and this is very important when you are abroad. I have been using them for many years and have no complaints.

This is the second year in a row I have used a rental company through Zest and once again I was really impressed. Everything was made so easy and quick from selecting the rental car online to collecting/returning it at the airport.
Drive on Holidays were very easy to find, efficient and very friendly. They also spoke excellent English.

Signage at Porto airport a small bit confusing on returning car, but otherwise things were pretty smooth. Would use Zest Car Rental again without a doubt. Staff at Hertz/Thrifty office didn’t try to push extras once I told them I had top up insurance from Zest. Overall the staff at office were friendly and nice.
