The staff member who dealt with our booking was very friendly and helpful.
When we got into the car we couldn’t figure out how to connect our phone navigation. We went back into the car hire desk and another staff member took the trouble to come to the car and quickly solve this, with a smile and very friendly attitude.

The service provided was first class, the booking, the pick-up in Porto and the return in Lisbon, all very smooth and with full support. The lift from the point of return to the airport terminal was offered immediately and was very comfortable.
The car was vey new and exactly the model I booked. The option of the motorway toll transponder hire was especially handy as we did not have to worry about toll collection on the way.

We were not able to rent the BMW we reserved but Hertz said we were upgraded to a Mercedes. The car met our requirements. While the deposits were large, there were no surprises when we picked up the car. It was a good value.
