The service provided was first class, the booking, the pick-up in Porto and the return in Lisbon, all very smooth and with full support. The lift from the point of return to the airport terminal was offered immediately and was very comfortable.
The car was vey new and exactly the model I booked. The option of the motorway toll transponder hire was especially handy as we did not have to worry about toll collection on the way.

We were not able to rent the BMW we reserved but Hertz said we were upgraded to a Mercedes. The car met our requirements. While the deposits were large, there were no surprises when we picked up the car. It was a good value.

another great Zest rental, this time not from airport but in the city. Got a brilliant little car for a great price and the agency were very nice and helpful, so would definitely use Zest again. No issues so aren't able to test out the excess insurance extra option we chose, but it was peace of mind and meant I didn't have to go to another third party excess insurance holiday cover company, so quicker to do in one place.
