My first time using Zest car rental and I found your service fast and efficient. KEDDY/ Euro car were delightful to deal with and no hard sell tactics I find with other car hire companies.

I would highly recommend that Zest partners with suppliers to offer true zero-excess, zero-deposit policies. Customers prefer a direct settlement / direct billing option where we do not have to pay for damages upfront out of pocket and claim them back later. Bypassing the claim-back process completely would make the rental experience much more stress-free."
