Our flight was delayed by some hours due to problems at Ibiza airport. All flights arrived far later than scheduled and well beyond the normal closing time of the car rental company. Other than a 40 euro late arrival fee, which to us seemed very fair, we were met by the provider K10 and whisked though the car rental process. Your support service rang us the following day to check all was OK because we rang your out of hours help line to explain the delay before we took off. The lady we spoke to was very helpful but as it happens all was well.

Was pleased with our rental with Hiper. We didn’t have to wait long for the van to take us to the depo and it was a short journey. Pick up was quick and easy and the car was fine. Drop off was equally as easy. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Would use Hiper again.

It could be even better if you had a portuguese version of your site.
The way the extra insurance works (the client should pay to the rent a car if anything happens and only after, ask for the refund to you) should be explained before finishing the process at your site and not after.
I didn't felt comfortable when I was informed only after I bought your service. Fortunately nothing happened and the car was delivered in perfect conditions.
