It is so great booking and dealing with a company in the UK, particularly Zest.
We had some mix up as we were picking up the cars between my son’s and my husband’s credit cards.
Autos Menorca / Owner’s cars phoned Zest who sorted it out very quickly. The person dealing with us said that it was very unusual , that usually it’s a major problem and that we might have had to have paid twice! She said ‘I love that company’
And so do we ! Thank you Zest!

Simple and easy process of hiring the car and collecting. The hire company provided a free upgrade vehicle which was welcomed after a long day travelling.

We had booked a Skoda Karoq ( guaranteed model) but for some reason none were available. We were offered an almost new Mercdedes as an alternative - which was an upgrade. The Mercedes was excellent. During the mcourse of the hire we had a puncture due to hitting a collapsewd wall on a narrow road. Record go sent out a breakdown /recovery vehicle which came out and subsequently repl;aced our vehicle with another almost new Mercedes. Altogether they were very efficient.

Excellent service as always from Zest and first class service from Autos Menorca. Vehicle provided was a no charge upgrade from Fiat Panda or similar ordered by me to aCitroen C4 hybrid automatic - very nice.
