Have used Zest and previously Economy car hire for 20 years.
Always been very helpful when needed to speak to the staff.
Will book again in June.
Thanks

Reasonably satisfactory experience, transport from airport very prompt, 10 minutes wait to check-in desk. Tried to up sell but not too pushy. Car in reasonable condition, a 30,000k Renault Captur, I'd have preferred the Clio booked, they note every small mark, no apparent minimum size but were fine on return of car.

The car I booked was changed for another. Upon arrival it was apparent this was too big to get in our parking space. Record Go staff very obligingly replaced it for a vehicle closer to the car I had originally booked.

Very impressed with Record Go from start to finish. Very friendly staff both during pickup and vehicle return. Given a nearly new car as well which was superb. Highly recommended.

Once again very happy with the end to end service - this is my 2nd time booking through zest and will continue to do so - well done

Great service throughout the process. Quick collection, good car, quick return and great to have the free additional driver. No issues at all ans will use again.
