This was the first time that I have used Zest. I have used other brokers a number of times but I think that I will use Zest again. Overall the service was good.

Great car and service. We were given a free upgrade and Hiper were very helpful when our flight was delayed due to flash floods in Mallorca preventing planes landing. Have used Hiper many times and would not hesitate to recommend and use them in the future.

I was pleased with the ease of meeting the bright and cheerful representative at the airport and the whole car collection and return process. Overall I think it was easier and at least as quick as using an in airport kiosk and on airport collection point.
I recommend the zero deposit insurance cover.

I have used Zest many times and recommend to all my friends. Just having the comfort of dealing with a British company and knowing that I have all the insurances needed in place helps when facing a (sometimes) hard sell abroad to take out extra and unnecessary insurance is worth a lot. The providers that Zest work with, particularly Centauro, are efficient and fair.

Off airport provider adds a little inconvenience but compensated for by efficiency of their service.
No upsell at desk just a simple statement of choices.

It was the first time we had ever rented a car so we were apprehensive but this turned out to be a very quick and easy process. Booking process through Zest was very simple, value for money, we purchased the extra insurance through them and the booking was confirmed very quickly. Collecting the car from Record Go at the airport was very easy, they explained everything clearly and we were not pressurised into purchasing any additional insurance at the desk. We were very happy with the car they supplied and the returns process was quick and easy. Would definitely not hesitate to use Zest and Record Go again.
