Excellent and straight forward booking process with Zest with the added peace of mind knowing that the Companies listed by Zest are rated according to the service they provide...had an issue a couple of years back at Ibiza airport and phoned Zest and they called the Rental company and sorted it out, car appearing 15 minutes later..great to have that peace of mind knowing that if there is an issue there is a UK no. to call..Great customer service !

This was the fifth time I have booked a rental car through Zest to be picked up from Hiper in Puerto Pollensa. I have always been totally satisfied by the car provided and the service I've received from both Zest and Hiper.

Your customer service was excellent. I was concerned my vehicle had not been collected at 6pm and was still in hotel car park next morning after my rental period expired in case any damage occurred to the vehicle after the agreed collection time. The Zest representative resolved my enquiry and contacted me to confirm the vehicle was collected and no damage had occurred. Well done and excellent service from Zest
