This was the fifth time I have booked a rental car through Zest to be picked up from Hiper in Puerto Pollensa. I have always been totally satisfied by the car provided and the service I've received from both Zest and Hiper.

Your customer service was excellent. I was concerned my vehicle had not been collected at 6pm and was still in hotel car park next morning after my rental period expired in case any damage occurred to the vehicle after the agreed collection time. The Zest representative resolved my enquiry and contacted me to confirm the vehicle was collected and no damage had occurred. Well done and excellent service from Zest

Excellent service from both Zest and Hiper Pollença. Really easy to book through Zest and the cheap additional insurance was a no-brainer. Collecting and returning the car with Hiper was really quick and easy, couldn’t have gone any smoother. Highly recommend both companies.
