We had to change the booking at the last minute in to my wifes name as I was initially unable to travel to Gran Canaria. You did this with only a few hours notice reducing any stress for my wife once she landed with our two kids. Honestly, that was 5* service and that kind of service is what will deliver customer loyalty. Thank you.

It quite easy to get the car and it's in the airport terminal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Excellent and Honest Service from TopCar Gran Canaria
The whole process with Top Car was smooth and straightforward. Registration was quick, and I appreciated that they weren’t pushy about upselling additional insurance — a refreshing change from many other rental companies.
Car collection was hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, and after taking a few photos and a quick video for my own peace of mind, we were off. The forecourt at the airport was also well-organised and reasonably priced.
Returning the car was just as easy. A quick inspection of the fuel level and bodywork was done efficiently, with no sense of them looking for minor issues to charge for. I definitely got the impression that Top Car operates fairly and isn’t trying to make money off returns.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and would happily use them again. I’ve been told the deposit will be released within 5 days, which seems reasonable.
