Very good service from Zest and Record Go. A little delay with minibus shuttle on pick up. Staff had problem with slow computer system not processing contract, but all friendly and professional. No hard sell extras. Quick and easy drop off. All subsequently updated and emailed. Recommended.

Again, Zest gave us perfect service. Instructions were good, as was communication in general, the price was competitive, and the car (a VW Polo) well able to cope with the mountain roads of Gran Canaria. Local staff were charming and helpful, and our 700 euro deposit was returned within 24 hours at the end of our trip. If only things could always be this easy!

Took photos of car before leaving airport which was just as well as they pointed one minor scrape but I had a photo so all was well and full deposit was being returned.
