Took photos of car before leaving airport which was just as well as they pointed one minor scrape but I had a photo so all was well and full deposit was being returned.

Thanks to the gentleman at the service desk who asked where we were planning to go, we explained we would be driving up to the mountains. He then advised, without being pushy, that we would need a car with a bigger engine to cope with the steep climbs. We took his advice and changed to a more powerful car, this proved to be a wise move as the mountain roads are very steep and a less powerful car would not have been suitable.

When booking, the car on offer was a Fiat 500 (or similar ! ), which got my attention as it was a car I wanted to try. Happy to say it was the car I got. Very good experience with all of this transaction.
