This is the second time that we have booked a car rental through Zest. It is so reassuring to have a reliable company to do this through, especially when we travel to countries where we are unsure of the quality standards. I love the ability to choose a second driver for free and paying for the extra insurance through Zest means that I never have to worry about the pressurised top-up insurance offered by the local car rental companies.

Met by the AutoUnion staff at the terminal and transferred by a 5 minute ride to their depot. The depot was a clean, bright, modern facility, the staff, including the transfer were polite and efficient. The car was modern and clean. The process at AutoUnion was quickly completed and we were on our way.
As for Zest, it is the first time I’ve used this company. The prices appeared competitive and the process seamless. I didn’t require their services once booked so I’m unsure how they would respond to an issue. I’ll certainly look to use Zest next time I travel.
