Argassi Car Hire.

Discover Argassi.

This popular beach resort has something for everyone. Spend the day recharging your batteries by the pool or on the beach and let your hair down at night with a few drinks in the lively bars.

Only a 10 minute car journey from Zakynthos Airport and situated extremely close to the city of Zante itself, arrange to hire a car and explore the beautiful island of Zante.

What’s on in Argassi?

Shop till you drop for fantastic holiday souvenirs and get your culture fix by attending one of the town’s celebrations or festivals.

Sports enthusiasts and thrillseekers alike will have a field day trying their hand at all the water sports on offer. Choose from paragliding, jet skiing and everything in-between.

The Argassi resort is also ideally placed to discover some of the other great beaches on the island. Try out Banana, Gerakas and Dafni beaches. These idyllic spots are somewhat more secluded than Argassi and provide the perfect setting for indulging in some rest and relaxation.

Located on the Vassilikos Peninsula, both Banana and Dafni beaches are a 15 minute journey from Argassi. The beautiful and peaceful surroundings are well worth the drive. At Gerakas, hire a pedalo and see if you can spot one or two of the endangered loggerhead turtles that call this beach home.

Pay a Visit to Zante Town…

Zante Town itself is just a short drive away. Find some of the stunning churches in this area or wander along the beautiful promenade. You simply must enjoy the bustling nightlife which is prevalent through much of this part of Zante.

Stroll through the popular market, where you are sure to grab a bargain or two. Visit the busy marina, the perfect spot to relax with a coffee whilst you watch the world go by.

If you feel like exploring beyond the shops and restaurants, climb the hill to the old Venetian Fortress. The fortress is known to the locals as the Kastro and dates back to 1646. Spend an afternoon exploring the magnificent ruins and uncover a little piece of this island’s history and heritage.
