All excellent - as usual with Zest. The location was a 10 minute walk but fairly easy to find. No pressure at the desk to purchase extras. Car checked by us and the rep and we were invited to take photos including on the first morning of the rental. Car was almost new and no problems during rental. Return was equally easy. And great value. Thanks

Car was new, service excellent
Garage was a few hundred yards from airport and in the heat pulling cases was hard work. On return I dropped family and cases at airport drop off where there are no charges and then returned car by myself. Worked much better

Once again I have used Zest to hire my car through, I have never been disappointed with the service they have given me.
Unlike hiring a car when abroad, you know where you stand with the insurance etc. before you leave the UK.

Excellent service/product as always from Zest. Unfortunately Dirent A Car were unaware of the free extra driver so this had to be sorted out on arrival with a phone call but once cleared we were quickly under way. Car pristine condition and great size for a family of five and luggage.

Although the car was not the same model as I booked it was equivalent in size and was suitable for us.
The holding deposit was returned straight away with no issues.
