Another smooth rental through zest
We are always a little apprehensive when renting cars abroad as they do tend to try it on a little, but on this occasion it all went very smoothly and the deposit blocked on the credit card was removed when I woke the next day after returning the car.

Zest were brilliant and no issues hiring the car. While there was a few knocks and bumps and scratches on the car when we collected it, these did not present an issue with the car rental company. Appreciated an automatic and would use both Zest and Italy Car Rent again.

After a mix up with my credit card on arrival, the Zest employee in the UK went above and beyond to change the booking details. The staff at Italy Car Rental were patient and courteous and, between both companies, all was resolved quickly. I can only thank all the staff for their help. We went on our way and had a terrific holiday!
