Our car hire with Alamo (Locauto locally) at Bari Airport, Italy went very smoothly. We had Zest extra cover and there was no hard sell to buy any additional cover. Car had only 3000 km on clock and was fine for getting around Puglia.
Early morning return was straightforward with key in drop off box at Locauto arrivals area

The complete process, was straightforward. The Zest website was clear and informative. Particularly helpful was the inclusion of additional insurance, one thing I dread discussing on arrival in a busy airport!

Easy & efficient service and communication from Zest. Great service from Automania. A few scratches and dinks on body/wheel caps on car supplied but otherwise clean and safe. Absolutely no problems with Automania. Efficient collection from just outside Bari airport to Automania base just a few minutes from airport. Check out and check in of car quick and efficient. No hassle or false claims of damage. Credit card deposit released within hours. Would happily use both companies again.
