This was overall an excellent car hire experience. The Alamo representative ensured that the car offered would take 5 pax + 5 suitcases, before we agreed on it. The check out was most efficient, with Luigi explaining everything clearly. At return, the process again worked very well and the team went above and beyond what could be expected when my wife left her sweater in the car and I had to return to collect it. They could n to have been more helpful - a 10/10 performance! The only slight drawback was the difficulty of quickly finding the car hire return site.

No additional insurance charges or fees. Stress free! I received a Ford Puma instead of a Jeep Renegade which does not have the same ground clearance as the Renegade. However, it was a brand new vehicle and it managed Italy's rural roads adequately. Overall excellent service

After booking, I read some Google reviews on Noleggiare that left me rather worried. However there are no complaints. They did try to sell their own insurance, but we had it covered by Zest. Returning the car only took a few mins. Overall happy.

Have used Zest before, and Alamo many times in the USA, was a friendly experience at Alamo, unlike many other European rental companies.
