After booking, I read some Google reviews on Noleggiare that left me rather worried. However there are no complaints. They did try to sell their own insurance, but we had it covered by Zest. Returning the car only took a few mins. Overall happy.

Have used Zest before, and Alamo many times in the USA, was a friendly experience at Alamo, unlike many other European rental companies.
