Excellent service from start to finish. Fully flexible with return times, very helpful, and gave us all options if we needed to return the car earlier. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Couldn’t fault them at all — highly recommended.

Worked easily for us in Naples, friendly staff, easy walk or shuttle to the car park. We opted for extra roadside assistance when getting the car so perhaps get this if you’re booking your own excess protection insurance. I’d use Zest again, definitely.

We bought the extra insurance and for a change, the rental company didn't try and push their insurance with threats of losing money anyway. Zest also allowed us to upgrade our car before we went on our trip with no hassle. Excellent all round.

I have used Zest for a number of years. The experience is always good and on the occasions I had to speak with Zest on the phone, they were very helpful. It has reduced the sales pitch at check in to pick up car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zest.
