Couldn’t have been easier to collect. The shuttle bus to the car rental goes back and forth from outside the terminal and takes less than 2 minutes.

Previously I have always found car hire one of the most stressful part of the holiday. I came across Zest by accident and they have been brilliant in removing the stress. As examples the website to book the car is very clear with useful reviews of the rental companies, the position around insurance is clear with only a small increase in payment required for complete cover and the email communications are very clear with minimal small print. Unfortunately our flights were cancelled the night before, I rang Zest and got straight through to customer service who cancelled the booking (I had paid the £2 cancellation cover) and refunded me straight away. Rebooked a few days later and everything went to plan. Will certainly continue to use Zest.
