Always bookked through Hertz for the last 10+ years as I automatically get an upgrade, but even when booking the smallest vehicle, the price they now charge is far more than the price of the vehicle I got through Zest. Will use Zest again next year!

Excellent customer service, after changing flight details last minute, zest customer service contact my car hire provider to confirm, this was done within a few hours.
I even received a partial refund!
