The service is outstanding. In our case we arrived back early to the Faro Airport by about 4 hours and after calling the car rental company to let them know would be returning earlier than planned, and after having only given them about 30 minutes notice, there was a representative there to receive the vehicle..... even though the office was closed! Excellent service!

Raphaelle called me as soon as we landed and checked we knew where to meet him, the car we got was an upgrade from the class we booked and was in very good clean condition, he pointed out the very minor marks to the bodywork to ensure they were noted prior to us taking it, the return was fast and simple, overall I was extremely happy with the service received both with the car and Raphaelle's pleasant and helpful attitude.
