Recommended by a friend we chose you, instead of our normal procedure! At first it was a bit strange as emails kept arriving in my in box ... instead of maybe two or three from when we booked ourselves. Fewer emails maybe?
However, the service you provided was excellent AND RentAuto (woman) told me how good you were for the smaller companies, as theirs! So bonus points, as 'we like to beat the big guys!'
In future how do we go along if we want a smaller car?
E.g. we always drive Fiat 500 (600) hybrid cars when in Spain and Italy.
It felt very big, our car, however, I got used to it quite quickly and it was an excellent car!

When we arrived at the 'car park kiosk' at Faro airport, which is where a majority of the car rental companies work from, we did have to wait a while, due to a minor problem with the person in front of us. Once we were being looked after by the Masterkings rep, we were soon all done and was told where our rental Peugeot was parked.
Upon initial inspection, everything looked to be OK with the car, except for some minor scuffs exactly where they were indicated on the rental paperwork, so once again, all OK.
Then my wife 'eagle eyes' spotted some serious damage to the outer edge of one of the tyres. This was immediately pointed out the the Mastekings rep and within 15 minutes, we were handed the keys of a brand new Seat Ibiza, with only 2850 km on the clock and not a single scuff on the paintwork, or damage anywhere.

I have always used Zest and have never been disappointed with the service or the cars provided by the car suppliers.
I would certainly recommend Zest to anyone travelling abroad.

As always, Zest and Master Kings provided an excellent service. I use them frequently and have never had any issues.
