Dollar were brilliant. One of us left a purse including passport in car. They contacted us very quickly and we were able to go back and collect it before we went through security. Very impressed with them, so thank you

A very good experience, as you can hear so many people with poor experience with certain companies. This was not one of them.
Communication was very good throughout and the car was in great condition except for a few scratches which was clearly shown and outlined in a diagram before we took the car.
Very happy with the outcome. The office could be marked a little clearer with more signage within the car park area.

Marked picking the car up and dropping it off as good but on both occasions we were early so it was probably our fault. We got through security at the airport much faster than expected and got to the drop zone to return the car early because the traffic was lighter than expected.
