I was very wary when booking a hire car as you hear so many stories of people being ripped off or losing deposit for reasons they didn’t agree with so I did a lot of research. I looked at different sites and reviews. I also read up on Martin Lewis pages. This was my first time travelling abroad with my 2 girls too and hiring a car so felt a bit vulnerable. I was very impressed with the service and assistance from zest. When I arrived at faro airport I was a bit confused where to go so called zest and they directed me quickly and easily. Drive4fun got me sorted fast and efficiently and we were on our way. The car had great air con so it was actually more comfortable driving at times. Drop off was simple also. I went in the wrong car park but they assisted me and I only had to pay a couple of pounds for the ticket. I handed car back on the Friday and received my deposit back on the Tuesday morning. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was happy to book through Zest rather than directly with a car hire company as I was more confident that Zest would look after my interests. Communications from Zest were excellent.

We have used Master kings before and they have always been very good. This time the car was almost new. We go to Portugal every year so to us master king is very easy to find. Never had any problems and a very friendly service. Highly recommend both Zest and Master kings.
