I “pranged” my rental car a few years ago now - nothing serious, I was very tired and reversed into a low wall I simply didn’t see. It was the first accident I’d ever had over a long period of renting cars and I was mortified. The man from Masterkings was magnificent - kind, unflustered, and totally understanding. The accident cost me nothing because for some reason I had taken out the extra insurance (never had before, I buy it every time now). For that reason alone I go back to Zest and Masterkings time after time.

Zest are brilliant /excellent. I had a concern that the new EES system would delay my collection but Zest allayed my concern. When our flight was delayed I called them and they contacted the provider. They also dealt with my mistaken overpayment concern patiently. Thank you Zest.

Issue with the car key on the rental and again they were contactable and spoke to rental company. When you call them you don’t have to listen to multiple options , you speak directly with someone and they fix the problem. I would 100% use them again.
