I have used Zest for several years now and have been satisfied overall every time. The wait at Faro airport can be long but this year we were with a different company and were seen almost immediately. A couple of years ago I had my first (and hopefully last) scrape in the many years I’ve been driving abroad. I took the car back to confess, was offered a different car (no need - it was a scrape), was told “accidents happen - don’t worry” and paid not a single penny because I had taken out the extra insurance. Brilliant service! I will use Zest whenever I can in the future, too.

Another excellent service by both Zest car rental and Masterkings. I recommended them to my son who we were holidaying with. He was also very pleased overall. The staff at the Masterkings desk were really friendly too. Well done

Simple and quick to collect. Easy return process. Key was a bit sticky on the engine, intermittently but staff already aware of this and spoke with me on return. I am use to keyless entry for the last 10 years so thought it was just me struggling with a key. Very friendly staff and pleasant overall experience. Thank you.
