I was very impressed of how nice the young lady at Lagorent was. On returning the vehicle she actually took me to the city of Faro so that I could get a bus back to my holiday home. (I hired the car for only half of my staying time).

Embarrassing that all aspects of this feed back are excellent. We were given a brand new car in perfect condition and did not take photographs. A child seat was also provided mid rental period. Zest, as always are very helpful. Why would I use anyone else at Faro airport ?

Very straight forward and excellent service provided by the lady who met us at the airport. The car was smooth and comfortable and clean inside. We filled the tank back up to full & had it cleaned to return back as it was. We’d definitely be using the same rental company next time.

We always use Zest and so far have not had any problems. Masterkings is a no frills rental company, but good value, reliable and affordable.
