I have dealt with your company for many years (even as the old name which I have forgotten) I would not go anywhere else. The car hire companies you use at Faro have all been excellent in all respects. No problems whatsoever. All in all 10 out of 10.

The Top-up insurance is very useful. The free cancellation is also reassuring. The Masterkings staff are excellent as are the Zest staff. Pre notification of driving licence details would speed up collection

Really good system in place. Only waited a short while to do formalities. Car right next to hire office/kiosk (which is shared by about 25 other companies but somehow works!). Car not new (about 20k miles) but perfectly fine for tootling around Faro and always a bit nervous about new cars anyway! Drop off v simple. Wait of no more than about 10 mind and very efficient. Great work! Thanks.

Can’t thank Zest enough for the fabulous customer support we received. In all I had to contact them 3 times due to personal circumstances and each time the call was answered promptly and my query was dealt with kindly and quickly. Having suffered 2 bereavements during our holiday I can’t thank them enough for the help when we needed it. They really did make a my stressful situations a lot easier to deal with. Thank you.

The small car was adequate for our needs whilst there for 5 weeks and the fuel consumption was amazing.
