Wanted to book a hire car abroad but was put off by the negative feedback with customers left frustrated and out pocket. However, after much research I opted to use Zest which was the best decision I have made. Every detail was throughly and easily explained, all parts of the service from picking up the vehicle to retuning it is managed flawlessly. Total recommended and I can't wait to book again next year.

I think Masterkings seemed to be one of the better operators. Their staff were polite in a very busy environment. The car was excellent. For me, the pickup and drop off was quick, painless and efficient. It is incredible that they speak perfect English as a second language. The one thing I will say is; Make sure you read and fully understand your pickup instructions and ensure you actually understand where you are going and what the system is. Don't assume you know.
