I would like to thank Rent Auto for assisting with a traumatic event after the vehicle was returned. I had found that I had left my daughters wedding dress on the back seat of the van, some time after the van had left the airport.
After a very frantic and stressful call about the dress to the mobile number contact provided, the van was not only retrieved but was driven back to the airport, where with whole hearted thanks I retrieved the wedding dress. Thanks so much to the lovely lady that did this, we will always be forever grateful.

Super service provided. We were met by the representative inside terminal building and brought directly to the car which was fast service. Did not have to get shuttle bus anywhere. Once we loaded the car with luggage we were on our way.
The only issue we had was the door handle on passenger door could only be opened from inside the car as handle was faulty.
Once we returned to the car park zone I received a message from the providers to meet and return the car.
Would definitely recommend yourselves for anyone looking a car hire from Lisbon airport.
