There was nobody to meet&greet so I had to call but it was quickly solved. The agent told me where to wait outside and soon he arrived. Not a big issue. No long wait collecting the car, same when returning the car. All formalities done in a few minutes by friendly staff.

Visacar was off-site but they were very communicative, friendly and prompt with the shuttle service.

After my flight was cancelled and changed to a different time and departing airport, I phoned Zest and the booking was altered by the time I got to the different airport. This taking away the stress of worrying about the car being there when I eventually arrived.

This service was exceptional. No wasting time at all, car waited for us at the airport. The return was also very smooth, again at the airport. Wishing the similar care everywhere. Good job!
