Rental company was very helpful in letting us collect early at only 24 hours notice and helping us find the rep in the airport where we were collecting. Their communications were all through WhatsApp so if we had not had roaming data and a smart phone that would have been a problem - but for us, that was fine.

Great car, easy pick up, very easy return and very good pricing. We had the car (Skoda Octavia diesel) for three months and had no issues with it at all. Both Zest and Masterkings were great to deal with. I would use and recommend either of these companies. There was some minor cosmetic damage on the car which they noted in detail when I picked it up.

Very smooth service. Tricky to top up fuel exactly to 5/8, so overfilled by 15/20 euros. Wanted a smooth service though after less-than satisfactory experiences in the past with other rental companies, and this was delivered. Thank you!

Very smooth booking service, the Rent Auto rep was very helpful, friendly and a credit to the company. Car was pretty new and in fantastic condition. Will use Zest and Rent Auto again.

The car rental in Portugal was very smooth, fast and efficient. The people we dealt with from Rent Auto were excellent, were waiting for us at the airport for pick-up and dropping the car off. Everything was as expected on receiving the car, transponder fitted for the toll roads, two child seats. No hidden surprises, after reading some of the bad reviews of other companies. Took out the full cover with Zest Car Rental, so had nothing to stress about returning the car. Will use again in the future and recommend to family and friends.
