Overall had no complaints with the rental, was phoned on arrival and picked up just outside arrivals after about five minutes and taken to the office. As I was the only one there it was a quick process to pick up the car, everything was explained and I was invited to inspect the car to acknowledge any small scratches etc. which were documented on the paperwork. Excellent service.
