Guys were straight forward and very friendly throughout the whole process. Did not have any issues with the car or service. I would recommend and use them again for future bookings in Portugal.

Everything went well. Upon returning our vehicle, the agent at Masterkings realized we were in the rush to Lisbon airport. He was trying to speed up the process and a customer who was waiting for a rental car offered him to take us to the airport first. The agent was very kind to offer the customer some coffee while waiting and rushed us to the airport! Very satisfying customer service experience overall!
