Waygo people were friendly and efficient. They were helpful and informative, and it was incident free. Our deposit was returned quickly and the transponder bill for tolls was under 5 euros and so far no extra demands for money. The Fiat Tipo Estate coped well with 5 of us and our luggage and the demanding hill climbs on the coast - we were happy with it.

First time booking through Zest platform and was very pleased with it. We had an excellent service from Masterking (Lisboa) and all rental car companies should take example from them. Customers are well treated and explained the fees, no pushing to buy any additional insurance. Car was clean, easy pickup and drop off.

I would like to thank Rent Auto for assisting with a traumatic event after the vehicle was returned. I had found that I had left my daughters wedding dress on the back seat of the van, some time after the van had left the airport.
After a very frantic and stressful call about the dress to the mobile number contact provided, the van was not only retrieved but was driven back to the airport, where with whole hearted thanks I retrieved the wedding dress.
