The staff were very friendly and I also had an upgrade on the model. The pick up was OK as I was in no hurry but they made the drop off and trip to the airport very quick as we were in a bit of a rush to check in after some delays on the road. Very much appreciated

We had a delayed flight out which caused our car to be released and there were only electric cars left by the time we got there, which was not ideal. However, Dollar honoured the rental and the car and rental/return process was very good. Zest provided excellent customer service throughout the whole rental process, beginning to end, with no hidden extras. Would definitely recommend.
