My wife and I couldn’t believe how easy this entire process really was. From the communication after making the reservation, collecting the car in Lisbon took about 10 minutes I’m not kidding you after exiting baggage claim there was someone waiting for us and took us directly to the car. It was just outside the terminal, no waiting in line, no shuttle bus, and Edgar’s English was great. At the end of our stay after 26 days we learned our flight home was cancelled. We needed to add a day to the rental I spoke to Maria in Faro and after a couple minutes she was able to add the additional day for a tiny fee. I only had to call 1 number. No hassle, no issue and all the paperwork was done electronically truly amazing. Upon entering the parking area on the return a gentleman was standing there waiting for us (sorry I don’t remember his name) yes he was waiting for us. Again unbelievable attention to every detail. We have been traveling to Europe for over 20 years and never experienced this level of attention.

The rental process was flawless. We met the Rent Auto agent as planned and the vehicle was better than we expected. Upon our return to Lisbon Airport, the Rent Auto agent found us and did a quick check of the vehicle and we were done. Very happy and would book through Zest and Rent Auto again.

As always Zest were proved to be a first rate and reliable car rental broker. The car provided by Rent Car 4 Less was possibly the best car I have hired. It was modern, well equipped and in good condition. The service from the Rent Car 4 Less representatives was helpful and delivered with a friendly smile. I’d be very happy to hire from them again.

Great price and no unexpected costs or additional charges! The pick-up and drop-off at the Airport was very straightforward and easy. The Reps were ready and waiting when we arrived and exactly where they said they would be which is extremely helpful when you are at a busy and unfamiliar International Airport like Lisbon. Great service and would definitely use again and highly recommend!
