EPI car rental were very good compared to other car rental companies we have used in the UK. There was no high pressure upselling, and staff were very helpful and informative. Well done EPI.

Sandra found us when we arrived late due to customs delays and long distance to collect baggage. She took us to car, showed me the pre-identified damage highlighted on a diagram. She was also looking after another customer but was very professional. On returning car, she just happened to be right behind us as I parked. She explained that toll charges would come through in the following weeks. I do not expect any other charges as petrol was fuller than when I picked car up.

This is not the first time we have used zest or rent 4 less, it won’t be the last. Easy smooth pick up and drop offs , car was clean and well maintained.
Love the low/no deposit options.
Will be back next year.
