I had reservations about car rentals in Europe prior to our trip , regarding scams and various deceptive practices. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and attention given us through the Zest app and the Masterkings’ staff. The Masterkings staff even confirmed that the booking through Zest provided the best rates, the best supplemental insurance package and customer protection from less than scrupulous rental companies. I would not hesitate to continue our relationship next winter when we return to Portugal.
