Excellent service. We were collected from outside the airport by Bruno who was extremely polite and friendly. After just a five minute drive, we collected our car from Masterkings dedicated offices. There was no hard sales attempt at selling extra insurance, and Bruno offered us a full tour and guide of the car before we drove away. When we returned, the car was checked over very quickly (no desperate looking for tiny scratches) before we were taken back to the airport via a back route that avoided the super long traffic queue that we usually experience at Lisbon Airport.
