Instructions in person on car return and use of transponder for motorways very clear.

I was a little unsure as to what I was letting myself in for, but I can honestly say the whole experince was excellent, the synchronicity with the hire company was seamless. They were waiting for me at the aeroport to hand the car over and 5 weeks later to receive the car. (i did call them the day before to ensure this)
I am happy to continue to use Zest in the future.

Service provided by Zest is always great. Before my rental began, I called to see if I could change to a different rental car company who were offering a much better deal than my original one. The agent completed the process for me over the phone and new email confirmations were sent immediately. Everything went smoothly with pick up and drop off at the airport. Highly recommend.
