We were thoroughly satisfied with our rental experience. The booking and payment system was great and we got very good value. The on site service people, Debra and Antonio were friendly and gave us great information and advice. We met travellers who had had very bad experiences with their better known car rental companies. We’re so glad we chose Zest.

RentAuto staff were excellent. I can’t say enough about Vasco & his colleague. The only reason I marked them as ‘satisfactory’ was simply a mix-up due to the existence of TWO Vodaphone outlets at LIS - Vasco was waiting for us at one, and we were at the other. But with ZEST’s help we had it sorted quickly.
They upgraded us from a Panda to a Peugeot 208 at no extra charge.
Return was quick - once we got through a hellish traffic jam, clearly no fault of theirs.
I will definitely use the Zest/RentAuto combo on our next trip to Portugal.

I cannot say enough positive things about Zest and MasterKings. I actually liked that it was off-airport, away from the craziness of the Lisbon airport rental car area. Beatrice was very nice and helpful to us in the check in process. The MasterKings facility was very orderly. It was the most efficient process we have experienced in Portugal, having rented cars two previous trips there. I would definitely use MasterKings and Zest again.

Can highly recommend Zest and Rent Auto - the car provider in Lisbon. Booking was straightforward and when I had to change my reservation dates twice - the process was smooth and easy - even at very short notice. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service provided by Zest - they even called me back on a Sunday morning, just to double check my date changes. Rent Auto staff were waiting for us at pick up and top off and very helpful and courteous. All in all - a top notch service!
