I have used the company for about ten years now when hiring a car abroad and always found the service to be excellent and recommend them to relatives and friends.

Excellent service and a very helpful representative at the pick-up. He gave very good advice and even programmed our satnav for our destination. One small criticism is that it took quite a while for the people in front of us to get served although the queue was short and there were plenty of staff around. So we had a longer wait than I would have expected. However, we were given a significantly upgraded car (without us making a fuss) which is a sure sign of thoughtful customer service and made the wait well worthwhile. The drop-off was very speedy and efficient. I'll will definitely use them again.

The whole package was well arranged. The reception at Porto was probably the best we have experienced and the car itself very suitable for our purposes. My only complaint was the actual cost of the car rental. Having used your company many times, the cost of hiring at Porto seemed much higher than we have experienced previously at other destinations.

I have used economy car hire several times now, mainly via Hertz (although also via other local providers) and have always received an exceptional service at a good price. The last time I used Hertz there was an issue with an engine light coming on after an hour of driving. Whilst this meant we had to return to the rental office, the car was swapped immediately without argument. As the car had only three thousand miles on the clock Hertz could hardly be blamed for this issue; such is life! The new, slightly older car, was fine throughout the rest of our break.
