Unable to use my mobile phone as my Toyota rental car had a USB C connection. Daniella, my Guerin receptionist came to my rescue, sat in my rental car and programmed both my mobile and my wife's mobile phones via Bluetooth and therefore we were able to use our phones as sat-nav with Google maps. We then had a trouble-free car rental with a good car and excellent service.

Dollar at Porto are part of Hertz and so after getting the free minibus to the office (2 mins from the airport) there was a wait to be processed as a number of clients arrived at a similar time ( not exceptional). The staff were very friendly and efficient and our (upgraded) vehicle was in excellent condition. No problem with returning the vehicle in Faro. Altogether a good experience.

Great service from start to finish. Booked through Zest for Record Go and hoped for the best. Let's face it, beyond reviews you have to just hope and pray that any car rental company abroad adhere to the small print, as the rest is usually down to luck. In this case, not so, as what they say and what you book is exactly that. Easy transaction with prompt booking emails from Zest, and an equally prompt service from Record Go in Porto, Portugal. No problems on return either, and received a hand back email within the hour stating no fees applicable. Great service from both companies, and would definitely recommend and use in the future.
